Journalism’s first obligation is to the truth, and it’s first loyalty is to citizens. This is a non-partisan website that is neither pro- or anti- environment, but aims to bring more information to the public discourse about the very serious environmental issues that face this community.

About the Reporter
Andrew Springer is the reporter for Greenpoint Green. Springer is currently a student at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. A graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Springer has worked in the past for ABC News, Washington Week with Gwen Ifill, and other projects for public television.
