One developer has high hopes for the Greenpoint waterfront—a residential development in a pair of glass towers an industry paper reported this morning.

Jonathan Bernstein, a first time developer but former lawyer for Donald Trump, wants to build two towers, The Architect’s Newspaper reported. One would rise to 470 feet, the other to 200 feet.
